Interview of Keith Lobo
This interview is between Will Lobo and Keith Lobo. It explores Keith’s immigration from Pakistan to the US as a student and how he adapted to American culture. Will and Keith also discuss their family and how Keith’s immigration process affected the family.

Interview of Zheng Gu
This interview between Wuyang Zhao and Zheng Gu explores Zheng Gu's experiences as an immigrant to the United States from China. Zheng Gu is a Chinese American; he arrived the United States as an international student to finish his Doctor's degree in 1993. He recounts his experiences of growing up in China, working hard to finish his master’s degree in China, and how he overcame lots of problems including the language barrier, culture differences, and changes of lifestyle after he arrived America. In America, he worked and studied, and he adopted American culture.

Interview of Malindi Lankatilleke
This interview between Mavishka Lankatilleke and Malindi Lankatilleke explores her twenty-year long journey as an immigrant from Sri Lanka to the United States. Malindi emphasizes how the constant changes and leaving instilled in her a “temporary lifestyle” where she never felt like she belonged to one place.

Interview of John Zhang
This interview between Nicholas Banai and John Zhang explores John's experiences as an immigrant to the United States from China. At 18 years old, John traveled from Zhuhai to the University of California, Davis to get his bachelor's degree. Now a graduate student at the University of Maryland, John discusses his conversion to Christianity and the differences between China and the United States.

Interview of Joo H. Moon
This interview of Joo H. Moon, South Korean immigrant who moved to the United States when he was nine, focuses on his childhood experiences prior to and after immigrating to the U.S. Joo discusses cultural differences between the United States and South Korea, as well as the role of religion in his life.
This interview was conducted as part of an undergraduate final project for the University of Maryland, College Park course HIST428M: "Oral History of Immigration" (Spring 2018).
